Key Responsibilities 1-Ensure smooth day-to-day operations, from opening to closing. 2-Staff management: Recruit, train, schedule, and supervise all staff (chefs, waiters, hosts, etc.). 3-Customer experience: Maintain high service standards to ensure guest satisfaction and handle complaints professionally. 4-Financial oversight: Manage budgets, control costs, monitor sales, and maximize profitability. 5-Inventory & supply chain: Oversee purchasing, inventory control, and vendor relationships. 6-Marketing & promotions: Work with marketing teams or independently plan promotions and events to drive sales. 7-Health & safety compliance: Ensure all health, safety, and sanitation standards are strictly followed. 8-Reporting: Analyze and report on business performance (sales reports, P&L statements, KPIs). ?
