Key Responsibilities Oversee daily restaurant operations (front & back of house) Drive strategies to increase sales and customer retention Manage and mentor FOH & BOH staff (scheduling, training, discipline) Monitor and improve KPIs: labor cost, food cost, wastage, inventory Implement SOPs for cleanliness, service standards, kitchen flow Coordinate with marketing to activate offers, events, and promotions Manage delivery platforms, customer reviews, and dine-in performance Recruit, onboard, and evaluate new hires Ensure compliance with UAE health and safety standards Report weekly to ownership on sales, team, and performance --- What We’re Looking For Proven experience as an Operations Manager or Restaurant Manager – ideally in pizza, casual dining, or fast-casual brands A track record of growing sales, optimizing operations, and leading strong teams Ability to interpret financial reports (P&L, COGS, margins, labor %, etc.) Strong communication and leadership skills Tech-savvy: POS systems, delivery aggregator platforms, Google Sheets, etc. Fluent in English; Arabic is a plus UAE-based candidates preferred
