Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner, taking their orders accurately, answering questions about menu items, and providing recommendations when necessary. Operate coffee brewing equipment, grinders, and espresso machines, ensuring proper maintenance and calibration. Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system accurately. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations and efficient service. Assist with inventory management, including monitoring stock levels, restocking supplies, and placing orders as needed. Requirements: 2-4 years of experience working as a Barista, preferably in a fast-paced coffee shop or café environment. Proven ability to create latte art designs with precision and creativity. Excellent customer service skills, with the ability to engage customers, address their needs, and handle any concerns or complaints professionally. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, prioritize tasks, and handle multiple orders simultaneously. Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
