We are looking for a multi-skilled, reliable and well-presented professional to act as the Housekeeping & Operations Manager. You will take ownership of the on-ground experience, maintenance support, guest concierge services, and vendor coordination. ⸻ ️ Key Responsibilities ? Housekeeping & Maintenance Oversight • Supervise cleaning and room readiness before and after guest stays • Perform or arrange minor maintenance and touch-up work (e.g., curtain fixing, light bulb replacement) • Conduct regular inspections to maintain 5-star presentation ️ Guest Concierge & Check-In/Out Support • Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, including DTCM registration via online portal • Provide guests with a warm welcome, answer questions, resolve minor issues during stays • Be available for last-minute assistance or special requests ️ Procurement & Apartment Styling • Source furniture, decor, supplies from IKEA, Home Centre, Dragon Mart, and similar • Set up or replace items in apartments as per styling guidance • Handle price negotiations and ensure efficient transport/logistics of goods Admin & Coordination • Maintain records of check-ins/outs, damages, inventory usage, and maintenance schedules • Coordinate with external service providers (e.g., cleaners, handymen, DTCM) • Report directly to the founder and provide weekly updates ⸻ ✅ Ideal Candidate Will Have • Prior experience in hospitality, serviced apartments, or property management • Fluent in English (Arabic/Hindi is a plus) • Valid UAE driving license (or easy access to transport) • Proactive, hands-on approach — willing to “do the job” themselves when needed • Strong attention to detail and pride in keeping things spotless and beautiful ⸻ Working Hours & Flexibility • Typically 5–6 days a week • Flexible hours depending on bookings • Must be responsive on WhatsApp or phone during guest stays • Opportunity for long-term full-time role as portfolio grows ⸻ How to Apply Send a message with: • Your work history or resume • Your availability and where you’re based • Any past experience with property/hotel operations • References or portfolio (if any) ⸻ We’re looking for someone trustworthy and long-term — someone who will treat the apartments like their own.
