Charles Luxury Interior LLC is seeking a highly organized and experienced Administrative Secretary to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in administrative support within the interior design, architecture, or decoration industry, and be capable of handling a wide range of office and coordination tasks. Key Responsibilities: Provide full administrative and secretarial support to the management team. Draft and manage professional emails, documents, and reports. Coordinate with Dubai authorities and follow up on fit-out approvals and project-related permits. Maintain organized filing systems (physical and digital) related to design and project documentation. Schedule meetings, manage calendars, and assist with office coordination. Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and team members locally and internationally. Ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and administrative efficiency. Requirements: Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role within an interior design, architecture, or decoration company. Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.). Excellent English language skills (written and verbal). Proven ability to draft and send professional business correspondence. Previous experience handling Dubai government/authority procedures for fit-out or design approvals. Excellent communication, organizational, and multitasking skills.
