A real estate company based in Dubai, specializing in high-end residential and commercial property sales, rentals, and property management. Our mission is to deliver exceptional service and trusted expertise to our clients across the UAE. We are currently looking for a proactive and well-organized Office Administrator to join our team and help keep our operations running smoothly. Key Responsibilities • Provide day-to-day administrative support to our real estate agents and management team • Answer and direct incoming phone calls and emails professionally • Greet and assist walk-in clients and visitors • Manage and update property listings on major portals (e.g., Property Finder, Bayut) • Assist in preparing tenancy contracts, MOU agreements, and other legal documents • Schedule and coordinate property viewings with clients and agents • Maintain accurate records, files, and CRM entries • Liaise with government entities (Ejari, RERA, DLD) when necessary • Order and manage office supplies and ensure smooth functioning of the office Requirements • Proven experience in an administrative role (real estate background is an advantage) • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and CRM systems • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is a plus) • Knowledge of Dubai real estate procedures and regulations is preferred • Presentable, professional, and client-oriented • Currently residing in Dubai and available to join immediately is a plus
