Key Responsibilities Develop and maintain RESTful Web APIs using .NET Core. Design and implement scalable and secure microservices-based architectures. Collaborate with front-end developers, architects, and business analysts to design API solutions. Optimize application performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure security best practices. Implement authentication and authorization mechanisms (JWT, OAuth, OpenID Connect). Integrate third-party services, APIs, and databases. Write unit and integration tests to ensure code quality and reliability. Maintain and update API documentation using Swagger/OpenAPI. Deploy and monitor applications using CI/CD pipelines and cloud services (Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud). Requirements Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. 5+ years of experience in .NET development, with a focus on .NET Core Web API. Strong understanding of object-oriented programming (OOP) and SOLID principles. Proficiency in C#, ASP.NET Core, Entity Framework Core, and LINQ. Experience with microservices architecture and containerization (Docker, Kubernetes). Knowledge of SQL and NoSQL databases such as SQL Server, Oracle. Familiarity with messaging and event-driven systems (RabbitMQ, Kafka, Azure Service Bus). Experience with DevOps practices, CI/CD pipelines, and version control (Git, Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, or Jenkins). Strong debugging and problem-solving skills. Job Summary: We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) Officer who holds a valid NEBOSH certificate and possesses at least 2 years of hands-on experience. The HSE Officer will support the company’s safety culture by implementing safety policies, ensuring compliance with HSE regulations, conducting risk assessments, and carrying out safety audits across all company operations. Key Responsibilities: Implement, monitor, and review company Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) policies and procedures. Conduct regular site inspections and identify potential safety hazards, recommending appropriate corrective actions. Develop and maintain safety records, reports, and documentation in accordance with applicable standards and regulations. Deliver safety induction and periodic safety training sessions to new and existing employees. Assist in the investigation of accidents, incidents, and near-misses; prepare incident reports and implement corrective measures to prevent recurrence. Ensure proper use of personal protective equipment (PPE) and safety signage across the premises. Liaise with relevant local authorities and regulatory bodies to ensure full compliance with statutory HSE requirements. Conduct emergency response drills and fire safety exercises; ensure emergency equipment is readily available and properly maintained. Participate in safety committee meetings and promote awareness of safety and health issues among employees. Maintain up-to-date knowledge of health, safety, and environmental legislation and best practices. Qualifications & Experience: Bachelor’s degree or diploma in a relevant field is preferred. NEBOSH International General Certificate (Mandatory). Minimum 2 years of practical experience in a health & safety role, preferably in construction, manufacturing, or a related industry. Strong knowledge of safety standards (OSHA, ISO 45001, local UAE regulations) is an advantage. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for safety reporting and presentations. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
