They lead the way in crafting technical designs and providing expert guidance for all customer implementations.  A Solution Architect role at Quantexa is extremely wide ranging which we think is what makes it such an interesting and enjoyable position. You will engage in a multitude of customer projects, collaborating closely with a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders. From crafting systems that meet intricate functional and non-functional prerequisites to delving into intricate technical project matters, this role calls upon your extensive skills and experience to guarantee our commitment to delivering top-tier service to our clients.  Quantexa is a global company, meaning our Solution Architects may have the opportunity to work on international projects, collaborating with colleagues and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds.    What you’ll be doing.  Our Solution Architects play a crucial role in securing the success of our customer delivery projects. You’ll be responsible for the whole technical solution and its quality throughout customer implementations, this includes:   Producing creative solution and environment designs to meet complex competing requirements  Serving as the go-to person for challenging technical situations and using your problem-solving skills, technical knowledge and bigger picture view to solve them   Acting as a trusted advisor to our customers to help them make the right decisions and get the most value out of their Quantexa implementation   Using your knowledge and experience to make improvements to business-wide best practices     You’ll be working across multiple customer projects at any given time with the autonomy to prioritise your workload as you see fit, to maximise the value that our customers get from their Quantexa platform.   At Quantexa, we place a strong emphasis on the growth of our people. Rest assured, your own development is equally important to us, and we are committed to providing similar opportunities for your professional growth!  Requirements What you’ll bring.  A determination to build systems which maximise customer value  Extensive experience in hands-on technical deliveries, with a proven track record of leading technical teams through the end-to-end process, from initial design to successful implementation of production systems.  Excellent technical skills including hands-on coding experience of at least one of the following Spark, Scala, Java or production grade Python and comprehensive grasp of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) principles, encompassing proficiency in unit testing, version control using Git, and the establishment of engineering best practices.  Proven expertise in technical and solution design, encompassing the development of systems tailored to address complex data focussed functional requirements and non-functional requirements such as performance, maintainability, security, and seamless systems integration.  Extensive experience in working with data and successfully navigating common challenges, including data quality assurance, updates, adaptability to data structure changes, and effective rollback strategies.  Excellent client facing, communication and presentation skills.  Benefits Our perks and quirks.   What makes you Q will help you to realize your full potential, flourish and enjoy what you do, while being recognized and rewarded with our broad range of benefits.   We offer:  Competitive salary 💰 Company bonus Free Calm App Subscription #1 app for meditation, relaxation and sleep 🧘‍♀️ Annual leave, national holidays + birthday off! 🌴 Ongoing personal development Company wide socials Our mission.
