Bachelor's degree or above; fresh graduates are preferred; 2. Fluent in spoken and written Russian, capable of using it proficiently as a working language; good command of Chinese for smooth communication and written expression; 3. Prior experience in business reception, diplomatic reception, Russian translation, international trade, or customer service is preferred; 4. Strong awareness of business etiquette and excellent reception skills; professional appearance and appropriate conduct; 5. Good communication and coordination skills, with strong expressive ability; 6. Proficient in Office software and skilled in handling official documents and business correspondence; 7. High execution capability, willingness to follow work assignments, and strong teamwork orientation.
