The ideal candidate should have a solid background in maintenance and compliance of fire alarm and suppression systems, as well as a deep understanding of local and international fire safety codes. Key Responsibilities: Conduct inspections, maintenance, and testing of fire alarm & Firefighting systems (Edwards EST, Honeywell, Siemens, simplex ,sprinklers, hydrants, pumps, alarms, suppression systems). Develop fire safety PPM plans and perform risk assessments. Ensure systems comply with NFPA, local fire codes, and other applicable standards. Supervise installations, repairs, and retrofits of fire safety systems. Liaise with NEOM and third-party contractors for approvals and inspections. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field. Minimum 2+ years of experience in fire protection system maintenance and design. Strong knowledge of NFPA standards and local fire regulations. Certification in Fire Protection Systems (e.g., NICET, CFPS) is preferred. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills. Qualifications & Experience: • 10 Years of experience in shipyard or yacht management • Strong seagoing experience on yachts 80m+ • Strong shipyard experience on any type of vessels 80m+ • Chief Engineer on any vessel 80m+ is an advantage • Proven experience in yacht upgrade and yacht building is an advantage.
