Key Responsibilities: Medication Management and Optimization: Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy, appropriateness, and compliance with evidence-based guidelines. Provide personalized medication counseling to patients, ensuring they understand their treatment plans and proper medication use. Clinical Support: Assist healthcare providers with selecting appropriate medications based on clinical guidelines and patient-specific factors. Support the management of complex cases involving polypharmacy or drug interactions. Regulatory Compliance and Safety: Ensure all medications are stored, prepared, and dispensed in compliance with UAE regulations and facility policies.
