Ontime Group is looking for a knowledgeable and dedicated General Nurse with a DHA (Dubai Health Authority) license to join our healthcare team. This position involves providing high-quality patient care across various clinical settings, ensuring the safety, comfort, and wellbeing of all patients. You will play a crucial role in delivering nursing services that adhere to clinical best practices and health regulations. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and document relevant medical histories Administer medications and treatments according to established protocols Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with healthcare teams Educate patients on health management, wellness, and disease prevention strategies Monitor and record patients' conditions, reporting any changes to the medical team Ensure adherence to infection control and safety procedures in the clinical environment Provide compassionate support and guidance to patients and their families Requirements Valid DHA nursing license required Previous experience as a General Nurse in a healthcare setting is preferred Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent nursing qualifications Strong clinical skills with a focus on patient care and safety Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks Team-oriented, with strong collaboration capabilities Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills Current BLS (Basic Life Support) certification Willingness to continue professional development and training in nursing practices Benefits Salary + Benefits
