Your Mission As our Sales Executive, you will be at the frontlines of our revenue engine — sourcing, pitching, closing, and scaling high-value advertising deals across live music events in Dubai, the Middle East, Europe, Asia, and the U.S. You’ll be instrumental in helping global brands partner with superstars like Katy Perry, The Weeknd, JLO, and more. What You’ll Be Doing: Lead Generation: Aggressively identify and qualify brand and agency leads across fashion, tech, FMCG, beauty, auto, and luxury sectors Pitching & Sales: Own the entire sales cycle – from initial contact to closing. Tailor proposals, lead presentations, and lock in multi-show deals Negotiation & Contracts: Execute watertight commercial agreements, collaborating with internal legal and artist reps Client Management: Build long-term relationships and upsell new opportunities as tour expansions arise Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of trends in advertising, music, and pop culture to proactively identify growth verticals Flex Hours & Travel: Work around global time zones and artist schedules. Late nights, weekend calls, and venue visits are part of the hustle What We’re Looking For: Proven overachievement in sales, ideally in media, entertainment, brand partnerships, or advertising Relentless hunter mentality – you do not wait for leads to be handed to you Strategic thinker with the charisma to close deals with CMOs, heads of marketing, and brand directors Fluent in English, with excellent verbal and written communication Experience in fast-paced, unstructured environments with tight deadlines and evolving targets Comfortable working across time zones and flexible hours depending on artist tours and campaign deadlines Bonus: Knowledge of entertainment industry, media rights, brand integrations, or a network in GCC markets Perks: Work with globally recognized artists & premium brands Uncapped commission structure Career progression in a fast-growing international company Direct mentorship from a world-class executive team Tickets & access to premium live events
