Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized Operations Manager to oversee our daily business functions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations, team leadership, and interior design. You will ensure smooth workflow across departments, uphold company policies, and support the design and production teams to maintain excellence in client delivery. Key Responsibilities: • Develop and execute a strategic business growth plan for the interior design sector, identifying new market opportunities and potential revenue streams. • Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to refine sales strategies. • Set clear KPIs and sales growth, ensuring team members meet and exceed expectations. • Provide continuous training, coaching, and support to enhance team performance and product knowledge. • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including designers, architects, and project managers. • Handle high-profile client negotiations and ensure excellent customer service standards. • Manage and optimize day-to-day operations, including design, production, and delivery workflows. • Lead, supervise, and support staff across departments, ensuring alignment with company goals. • Collaborate with the design team to ensure furniture designs meet client needs and design standards. • Enforce strict compliance with company policies, procedures, and quality standards.
