Key Responsibilities: • Drive new membership sales through consultations, follow-ups, and walk-ins • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospects and members to boost retention and referrals • Consistently hit or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs • Conduct gym tours and explain services, programs, and pricing options • Use CRM systems to manage leads, schedule appointments, and track performance • Collaborate with coaches and front desk team to ensure a seamless member experience • Deliver exceptional customer service, resolve concerns, and support member satisfaction • Support promotional campaigns and marketing events as needed Requirements: • Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in fitness membership sales (e.g., The Warehouse Gym, or similar) • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets • Strong communication and persuasion skills • Customer-first attitude with a focus on service excellence and retention • CRM proficiency (HubSpot, MindBody, or equivalent) • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and confident in a fast-paced environment • Passion for health, fitness, and boxing culture is a big plus
