Roles and Responsibilities: 1. Customer Support & Service Responding to Customer Inquiries Address and resolve customer questions and concerns promptly via phone, email, chat, or other communication platforms, ensuring a high standard of service and professionalism. Troubleshooting and Problem Solving Analyze and diagnose customer issues accurately; provide clear solutions and guide customers through the resolution process to ensure satisfaction. Providing Product Knowledge Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all products and services to offer accurate information and support to customers efficiently. Escalating Complex Issues Identify cases that require specialized attention and escalate them to the appropriate departments or supervisors, ensuring timely and effective resolution. Maintaining Accurate Records Log all customer interactions, feedback, and issue resolutions into the CRM or support system to ensure transparency and tracking. 2. Vendor Coordination Order Processing & Tracking Coordinate closely with vendors for order placement, processing, and delivery tracking to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment. Issue Resolution Serve as a liaison for resolving vendor-related issues such as delivery delays, product defects, or order discrepancies, ensuring minimal disruption to operations. Communication & Follow-Up Maintain consistent communication with vendors to confirm order status and resolve any open concerns; ensure updates are shared with internal stakeholders. 3. Business Outreach & Cold Calling Customer and Vendor Outreach Conduct cold calls to potential customers and vendors for business development, introducing services and building initial relationships. Lead Generation & Sales Support Identify and qualify new business opportunities through cold calling and outreach activities, contributing to the sales pipeline. Relationship Building Initiate and nurture connections with prospective vendors and clients, laying the groundwork for long-term partnerships. Follow-up & Documentation Perform timely follow-ups and document all outreach activities and results in the CRM or lead management system.
