Job Description: We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Business Development Executive to join our dynamic team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in IT sales, be fluent in English and Arabic, and possess excellent communication and client relationship skills. As a BDE, you will play a key role in identifying new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and converting prospects into long-term clients. You will work closely with internal teams to develop strategies and deliver solutions that meet the needs of our customers. Roles & Responsibilities: Identify, approach, and build relationships with prospective clients Maintain consistent follow-ups and engagement with existing clients Lead sales pipeline management and ensure target achievements Analyze market trends and establish a competitive advantage Develop and implement a business development strategy focused on revenue and customer satisfaction Provide trusted after-sales support and client servicing Lead negotiations and close business deals, including contracts and service agreements Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional strategies Monitor industry trends and competitor activities Deliver accurate reporting on sales performance and KPIs Must-Have Qualifications: Minimum 4+ years of experience in IT sales or related fields Proven track record in lead conversion and closing deals Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Fluency in English and Arabic is mandatory Deep understanding of sales, marketing, and customer behavior in the MENA region Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities
