We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Vice President (VP) of Middle East & Africa (MEA) to lead our sales growth and expansion in the region. This individual will play a crucial role in driving market strategy, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring business success for Faria Education Group across the MEA region. The ideal candidate will have deep knowledge of the education market (ideally in K-12), a proven track record of leading sales in the region, and the ability to navigate the complexities of multiple countries within the MEA landscape. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement a strategic sales plan to drive revenue growth and market share across the Middle East and Africa. Lead, manage, and mentor a high-performing sales team focused on achieving ambitious targets. Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including customers, partners, and government entities in the region. Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and markets, leveraging deep regional knowledge. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams such as Product, Marketing, and Customer Success to align sales initiatives with overall company objectives. Act as the company’s representative and spokesperson in the region at industry events, conferences, and with media. Monitor and analyze regional sales performance, providing regular reports and insights to senior leadership. Stay abreast of market trends, competitive landscape, and industry developments. Recruit and Develop Channel Partners: Identify, onboard, and nurture relationships with strategic channel partners to expand market reach and drive growth. Manage Government Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with government bodies, identifying and pursuing nationwide opportunities to align with educational policies and initiatives. Establish Relationships with School Groups: Build and strengthen partnerships with networks of schools, creating long-term collaborations that support our strategic objectives. Lead Regional Growth as well as personally progress deals: Oversee the overall strategy for the region while personally driving key strategic opportunities to closure to ensure impactful outcomes Requirements Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales, business development, or a similar role, with at least 5 years in a leadership position. Proven experience in driving sales growth in the Middle East and Africa. Prior experience working in EdTech is required. Strong understanding of the cultural, economic, and regulatory nuances of the MEA region. Demonstrated ability to build and execute sales strategies and meet or exceed sales targets. Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Experience in Recruiting and Managing Channel Partners: Demonstrated success in identifying, onboarding, and maintaining strong relationships with channel partners to drive business growth. Proven Track Record of Meeting or Exceeding Quotas: Consistently achieved or surpassed sales targets, showcasing strong performance in a results-driven environment. Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or French is highly advantageous. Willing to travel extensively within the MEA region and some global travel. Role Overview: We are looking for a proactive and well-connected Business Development Executive with a strong understanding of the DIFC ecosystem. This role requires on-the-ground engagement with financial institutions, crypto firms, fintechs, and advisory firms based in DIFC to generate qualified leads, build high-trust relationships, and convert them into long-term clients.
