We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying, pursuing, and securing new business opportunities for our company. This role requires a proactive individual with strong communication skills and a keen understanding of the UAE business landscape, particularly in the mainland and freezone areas. Previous Experience in Linkedin marketing and Free lance website will be preferred. Responsibilities: 1. Identify and target potential customers interested in opening businesses in the UAE mainland or freezone, including startups, SMEs, and large corporations. 2. Develop and execute strategic business development plans to generate leads, nurture relationships, and secure new clients. 3. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs, and use insights to tailor sales strategies. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, industry associations, and potential clients. 5. Present company services and solutions to prospective clients, highlighting the benefits of operating in the UAE and the specific advantages offered by our services. 7. Actively participate in networking events, trade shows, and industry conferences to expand the company's presence and generate new leads. 8. Stay updated on regulatory changes, licensing requirements, and business setup procedures in the UAE to provide accurate information and guidance to clients. 9. Explore opportunities for cross-selling and upselling additional services, such as bookkeeping, accounting, and CFO services, to existing clients. 10. Prepare and present regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and pipeline status to management. Requirements: 1. bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing. 2. Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in the UAE market. 3. Strong understanding of business setup procedures, licensing requirements, and regulatory framework in the UAE. 4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to build rapid and influence decision-makers. 5. Self-motivated and target-driven, with a proactive approach to identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. 6. 2+ Years UAE experience in same field is must. 7. Familiarity with accounting, bookkeeping, and CFO services is a plus. 8. Fluent in English; Arabic language is a plus 9. UAE driving license is a plus. 10. Salary Based on the Experience.
