We are looking for an energetic and target-driven Sales Officer with 3–5 years of proven experience in the UAE market, specifically in selling products and services to the Airlines and Hospitality (Hotel) sectors. This role requires someone who understands the dynamics of B2B sales and has strong connections within these industries. You must be self-motivated, well-presented, and capable of working independently to grow business relationships and close high-value deals. Key Responsibilities: • Identify and approach potential clients in the Airline and Hotel industries across the UAE. • Promote and sell specialized products and services tailored to the travel and hospitality sector. • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships to drive repeat business. • Conduct client visits, presentations, demos, and negotiations to close sales deals. • Prepare accurate and timely sales proposals, quotations, and agreements. • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. • Track all sales activities and client communications using CRM tools. • Stay informed on market trends, competitors, and industry shifts. • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and networking events. Candidate Requirements: • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience in the UAE (Airlines or Hotel sectors is mandatory). • Proven success in selling travel/hospitality-related products or services. • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. • Strong knowledge of UAE market dynamics and client behaviors. • Must hold a valid UAE driving license and be willing to travel within the UAE. • Preferably on own visa (e.g., freelance or spouse visa). • Proficient in MS Office tools and CRM platforms. Preferred Qualifications: • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Hospitality Management. • Fluent in English; additional languages such as Arabic or Hindi are a plus. • Existing network of contacts in Airlines or Hotels will be a strong advantage.
