Summary: Supervise daily on-site HVAC execution, interpret MEP drawings, coordinate with other teams, and ensure quality and compliance with industry standards. Highlights: 1. Ensure quality, compliance, and approve material submittals Site Execution & Supervision Supervise the daily on-site execution of HVAC activities, including the installation of chilled water pipes, ductwork, VRF/VRV systems, AHUs, FCUs, and exhaust fans. Read, interpret, and implement MEP (Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing) drawings, blueprints, and schematics. Coordinate with civil, electrical, and plumbing teams to prevent clashes and ensure smooth integration of systems. Monitor site progress against the master construction schedule and report any delays or bottlenecks to the Project Manager. Quality & Compliance Conduct regular site inspections to ensure the quality of workmanship meets project standards and industry best practices (e.g., ASHRAE, SMACNA). Prepare and submit Material Inspection Requests (MIR) and Work Inspection Requests (WIR) to consultants for approval. Ensure all materials delivered to the site match the approved material submittals.
