Junior Marketing Analyst

Analyze and interpret data from website analytics and social media platforms using tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, Meta Pixel and Google Tag Manager (GTM). Craft insightful, data-driven stories to support marketing strategies and campaigns. Create and manage Google Sheets for tracking and analyzing key metrics. Design presentation slides to effectively visualize and communicate reports and insights. Collaborate with the Growth team to monitor, evaluate, and optimize campaign performance. Support marketing initiatives by identifying trends, patterns, and actionable insights from data. Requirements Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of experience in Data Analytics, Marketing, or related fields. Basic familiarity with tools like GA4, Clarity, Hotjar, Meta Pixel and GTM is a plus. Strong proficiency in Google Sheets, with the ability to create and work with complex spreadsheets. An eye for design and detail when creating visual reports and presentations. Passion for social media and website analytics, paired with a drive to learn and grow in the field. Problem-solving mindset with a focus on continuous improvement and adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently and collaborate remotely with a diverse team across regions.
