We are currently hiring for a remittance company based in the UAE with nearly five decades of experience specializes in individual and corporate remittances as well as foreign currency exchange. Operating through 22 branches, it prioritizes efficiency over network size. Technology Strategy & Leadership Define and execute the company's technological vision and roadmap, focusing on blockchain, Web3, and decentralized finance (DeFi) innovations. Drive innovation by staying ahead of emerging technologies and trends in the blockchain and fintech sectors. Lead cross-functional teams to conceptualize, develop, and deliver cutting-edge blockchain-based fintech solutions. Blockchain Solutions Development Architect and oversee the development of blockchain solutions, including e-wallets, crypto wallets, tokenization platforms, and DeFi applications. Build scalable, secure, and user-centric decentralized systems tailored to financial applications. Leverage blockchain frameworks to create innovative products that enhance customer experience and streamline operations. Team Leadership & Collaboration Lead and mentor a high-performing technology team, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. Work closely with executive leadership to align technology initiatives with business goals. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth integration and deployment of solutions. Technical Governance & Compliance Ensure all technology solutions adhere to industry standards, regulations, and security best practices. Maintain the integrity, scalability, and reliability of technology infrastructure. Requirements Experience: Proven track record of leadership roles in technology, with a focus on blockchain, decentralized systems, and Web3 solutions. Expertise in building and managing fintech solutions, including e-wallets, crypto wallets, tokenization platforms, and DeFi applications. Skills: Deep understanding of blockchain protocols, smart contracts, and tokenomics. Strong knowledge of financial systems and regulations. Exceptional leadership, team management, and communication skills. Ability to foster collaboration between technical and business teams.
