We develop bespoke digital strategies to help our clients achieve their growth goals, bringing together online marketing techniques including Online Advertising, SEO, Content Marketing, Social Media, Influencer Marketing, and more. Chain Reaction is looking for an Influencer Manager to join the team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing influencer partnerships and campaigns that align with clients’ brand identities and marketing objectives. The role combines creativity with data-driven strategy to identify and collaborate with the right influencers, negotiate partnerships, and oversee the successful execution of campaigns across various social media platforms. Requirements Key Responsibilities : Develop and implement influencer marketing strategies aligned with clients’ objectives and target audiences. Identify, vet, and recruit suitable influencers (nano, micro, macro, celebrity) across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Snapchat, and others. Build and maintain strong relationships with influencers, talent agencies, and other partners. Negotiate contracts, deliverables, timelines, and compensation with influencers. Oversee the creation and delivery of high-quality, on-brand content. Manage campaign execution from briefing to reporting, ensuring deadlines, KPIs, and budgets are met. Track and analyze influencer performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for optimization. Stay up-to-date with influencer trends, platform updates, and competitor activities. Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., content, media, client servicing) to integrate influencer marketing into broader campaigns. Qualifications , Experience and competencies : Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or a related field. 3-5 years of experience managing influencer campaigns, preferably in an agency setting. Strong understanding of social media platforms, influencer landscape, and digital marketing. Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines. Data-driven mindset with experience using tools for influencer discovery, campaign management, and reporting (e.g., Upfluence, Aspire, Tagger). Creative thinker with strong attention to detail.
