Develop and refine outreach scripts, cadences, and communication strategies. Collaborate with marketing to align and execute lead generation campaigns. Support account management efforts by maintaining relationships and identifying growth opportunities within existing clients. Provide accurate forecasting and pipeline insights to leadership. Requirements High school / Secondary school is required. 4+ years of experience, inside sales or telesales, with at least 1 year in a team lead or managerial capacity. Strong understanding of CRM platforms and sales automation tools. Strong understanding of inside sales techniques & processes. Strong Organisational skills. Persuasive with strong communication skills to close deals. Excellent analytical, communication, and coaching skills.
