The ideal candidate will have expertise in managing and troubleshooting audio-visual systems to ensure all event production components function smoothly. Responsibilities: Oversee the setup, operation, and maintenance of lighting and sound equipment Manage large-scale screen displays and video wall operations Troubleshoot AV issues during rehearsals and live events Collaborate with the event production team to execute technical requirements Assist with on-site technical logistics and ensure smooth execution of technical setups Requirements Proven experience in AV and event production roles (at-least 3 years) Familiarity with sound systems, lighting rigs, and video wall setups Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure Flexibility to work on event days, including evenings and weekends
