Position Overview: Lead end-to-end development of large-scale mixed-use projects in Dubai/Abu Dhabi, overseeing projects from land acquisition through delivery and handover, with focus on luxury residential and commercial developments. Key Responsibilities: Develop strategic masterplans for 1M+ sqft developments aligned with UAE's Vision 2030 Manage relationships with UAE government entities (DDA, ADM, TRAKHEES) Lead feasibility studies incorporating UAE market dynamics and Expo 2030 opportunities Oversee design coordination with international architects (Foster + Partners, SOM, Atkins) Implement sustainable development practices meeting UAE Green Building Regulations Manage development budgets exceeding AED 2 billion Coordinate with sales teams on launch strategies for UAE investor segments Qualifications Required: 20+ years real estate development experience with 10+ years in UAE/GCC Proven track record delivering 2+ mega projects (>AED 1B) in UAE Engineering/Architecture degree with Master's in Real Estate Development Extensive network with UAE government authorities and regulatory bodies Experience with off-plan sales regulations (Law No. 8 of 2007) Arabic language proficiency required Professional certification (MRICS, PMP) mandatory
