The ideal candidate will embody our venue’s welcoming atmosphere while ensuring operational excellence and a superior guest experience. Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily operations, ensuring exceptional service and seamless coordination across the bakery and eatery. Implement and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to streamline operational efficiencies. Lead and inspire a diverse team, providing mentorship, guidance, and training to foster professional growth and maintain high performance standards. Utilise and manage the Syrve POS system efficiently for smooth operational processes and accurate reporting. Maintain excellent customer relations, handling feedback and ensuring a consistently high level of satisfaction. Monitor and manage inventory, procurement, and cost controls to maximise profitability. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards. Requirements Qualifications and Skills: Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager, ideally within a bakery, café, or similar refined dining establishment. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Strong focus on customer service, with the ability to anticipate and exceed guest expectations. Experience in training and developing staff to ensure consistent performance and adherence to standards. Proficient in using Syrve POS system or similar platforms.
