Dubai Trade – Full awareness (Import + Export + Transit BOE), along with D/O and DP payment, etc. 2. Import and Export document preparation (Invoice + Packing List + HS Code Summary – fast Excel and Word typing skills) 3. Calogi portal for airline AWB and ADM booking – fully experienced 4. Ability to negotiate with airline and shipping line by email and calls 5. Shipping line portal experience for sea booking 6. Admin work (Office work, bill payments, online payment, cheque and document collection, Jebel Ali site yard visit) 7. Documentation filing and organizing work on company server and physical files 8. Ability to do the job instantly without constant follow-up from manager and instruction 9. Willing to work and put full effort to grow and take managing position in future 10. Fast learner + fast Excel and computer skills are the main skills (additional benefit if you have an accounting background) 11. Job summary The driver is responsible for the safe transport of vehicles, parts, and documents between branches, workshops, customer locations, and registration offices. Areas of responsibility Vehicle transportation: Drive new or serviced vehicles between the service center, showroom, and customer locations. Assist customers with vehicle handovers and explain delivery forms when required. Vehicle inspection and maintenance: Conduct basic checks (oil, water, tires, fuel, lights) before and after trips. Report any vehicle damage, issues, or maintenance needs to the supervisor. Documentation and reporting: Maintain accurate logs of daily trips, fuel usage, and mileage. Ensure delivery receipts, registration documents, and gate passes are signed and filed properly. Traffic and safety compliance: Follow all traffic laws, speed limits, and route instructions. Ensure the safety of passengers, cargo, and vehicles at all times. Job requirements To be a successful driver, you should demonstrate strong knowledge of UAE roads, safe driving practices, and a professional attitude. Reliability, punctuality, and teamwork are key to excelling in this role. To succeed in this role, you should have the following qualifications and skills: 2-4 years of professional driving experience in a service-oriented environment A valid UAE driving license with a clean driving record Familiarity with UAE roadways, routes, and traffic regulations Basic understanding of vehicle inspection and maintenance procedures Strong focus on safety, punctuality, and attention to detail Good communication skills and a respectful, cooperative attitude Ability to adapt to schedule changes and take initiative without constant supervision
