Customer Service Executive – Ajman (Logistics Experience Required) We’re Hiring: Customer Service Executive Location: Ajman Industry: Logistics We are looking for a proactive Customer Service Executive with hands-on logistics experience to manage and support our clients efficiently for immediate joining. Key Responsibilities: • Handling customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person • Coordinating shipment updates and follow-ups with operations teams • Resolving customer complaints and ensuring high satisfaction levels • Preparing delivery schedules, reports, and documentation • Acting as a liaison between clients and internal departments Requirements: • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service within logistics or freight forwarding • Strong command of English • Philippine Nationality • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills • Familiarity with shipment tracking systems and CRM tools

Excellent organizational skills with a strong attention to detail and the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently. Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., MS Office, ERP systems, or logistics management tools). Solid knowledge of international shipping regulations, customs processes, and documentation.
