Job Summary: We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will have proven experience in financial reporting, balance sheet and P&L analysis, and be well-versed in IFRS standards. Prior experience in banking or financial institutions is highly desirable. Key Responsibilities: Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with IFRS/GAAP standards. Perform in-depth analysis of balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements. Assist in the budgeting and forecasting process, including variance analysis and performance reviews. Monitor financial performance by analyzing results, tracking KPIs, and identifying trends. Prepare detailed reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and senior leadership. Collaborate with cross-functional teams for financial planning, scenario modeling, and resource allocation. Support internal and external audit processes and ensure robust financial controls are in place. Conduct financial data governance and maintain accuracy in financial systems and processes. Assist with regulatory and compliance reporting specific to financial institutions. Drive improvements in financial processes and reporting through automation and system enhancements. Requirements Bachelor's/Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field. 3-6 years of experience in financial reporting Experience in Balance sheet statement Strong understanding of IFRS and accounting principles.
