Key Responsibilities: Manage monthly close process for UAE entities Supervise accounts payable/receivable teams Ensure compliance with UAE payroll regulations (WPS system) Coordinate with PRO for financial document processing Implement process improvements in accounting operations Mentor UAE national staff for succession planning Qualifications Required: 7+ years accounting management experience in UAE CPA/ACCA qualified Expertise in UAE payroll processing and labor law compliance Experience with ERP systems implementation Knowledge of UAE free zone accounting requirements Bachelor's degree in Accounting
