Job Title: Site Engineer - Aluminum & Glass Department: Site Location: As per Project Requirement Reports To: Project Manager/Operation Manager/CEO Job Summary We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Site Engineer with 2-3 years of experience in the aluminum fabrication or construction industry. The candidate will be responsible for overseeing the installation and execution of aluminum works at project sites, ensuring compliance with technical specifications, project deadlines, and safety standards. Key Responsibilities Supervise and monitor aluminum fabrication and installation activities on-site (e.g., curtain walls, windows, doors, cladding, railings, etc.) Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and ensure accuracy during execution. Coordinate with project managers, design teams, and subcontractors to ensure seamless project implementation. Conduct site inspections and quality checks to ensure adherence to project specifications and standards. Prepare daily and weekly site progress reports. Ensure all activities comply with safety regulations and company policies. Resolve site issues and provide technical guidance to the team. Coordinate material deliveries and ensure the availability of resources on-site. Liaise with clients, consultants, and internal departments for project updates and issue resolution Qualifications & Requirements Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Civil, Mechanical, or Architectural Engineering. 2-3 years of relevant experience in aluminum fabrication and installation. Good knowledge of aluminum systems (e.g., Technical, Schüco, Gulf Extrusions, etc.). Strong understanding of shop drawings, structural details, and BOQs. Proficient in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite. Familiarity with UAE construction regulations and safety practices. Good communication and coordination skills. UAE driving license (preferred). UAE/GCC experience preferred. Working Conditions Full-time site-based role Regular inspections across multiple work areas Exposure to heights and external facade access Coordination with consultants and main contractors under project deadlines Employment Details Employment Type: Full-time Salary: AED 6,000 - 10,000 (Based on experience and qualifications) Language: English required; Arabic is an advantage
