The ideal candidate must be proficient in AutoCAD and SketchUp, with a strong background in preparing detailed shop drawings for custom furniture, cabinetry, doors, wardrobes, and other woodwork components. Key Responsibilities: - Prepare accurate and detailed 2D and 3D drawings for joinery and woodworking projects using AutoCAD and SketchUp. - Develop shop drawings for custom woodworks such as doors, wardrobes, kitchen cabinets, and wall claddings. - Collaborate with designers, production teams, and project managers to ensure drawings meet technical requirements and client specifications. - Ensure drawings are aligned with material specifications, hardware integration, and manufacturing processes. - Revise and update drawings based on feedback and changes during the project lifecycle. - Maintain an organized archive of drawing files and documentation. Requirements: - Proven experience in drafting joinery and woodworking details. - High proficiency in AutoCAD and SketchUp. - Minimum [2–5] years of experience in the joinery or interior fit-out industry. - Strong understanding of wood materials, joinery techniques, and hardware fitting. - Ability to read and interpret architectural drawings and convert them into precise shop drawings. - Strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and time management. - Degree or diploma in Architecture, Interior Design, Drafting, or a related field. Preferred Skills: - Experience with rendering or visualization tools is a plus. - Familiarity with CNC machine output and woodworking software is an advantage. - Strong coordination and communication skills.
