Duties & Responsibilities: • Perform alterations on a variety of garments, including suits, dresses, and bespoke items and UAE traditional garments. • Communicate effectively to understand specific preferences and requirements. • Cut effectively and accurately with utmost confidence. • Complete alterations in a timely and efficient manner while maintaining the highest standards. • Maintain a high level of professionalism and discretion when interacting with family members, understanding their unique preferences and requirements. • Uphold strict quality throughout the alteration process, ensuring finished garments meet family expectations. • Inspect completed alterations for accuracy, symmetry, and overall fit before returning garments. • Provide advice on proper alteration procedure for sensitive fabric and shape. • Keep organized records of all alterations made, noting specific preferences and past requests for future reference. Skills & Competencies: • Exceptional attention to detail and a strong sense of aesthetics. • Excellent interpersonal skills with an emphasis on family satisfaction. • Discretion and professionalism when working with a VIP clientele. Qualifications & Experience: • 3 - 5 Years relevant experience • Proven experience as an alteration tailor, particularly with luxury and bespoke garments. • Strong sewing skills using both hand and machine techniques. • Familiarity with various fabrics and garment construction practices.
