Knowledge of design systems and how to evolve them to cater to diverse use cases. Understanding of UX/UI design for both desktop and mobile environments. Familiarity with real estate, analytical or CRM platforms is a plus. Proficiency in Figma and other modern design and prototyping tools. Competence in interpreting user and product analytics to inform and validate design decisions. Aptitude for balancing user needs, business goals, and technical constraints.
