Key Responsibilities: - Manage client relationships post-sale: meetings, Zoom calls, and communication - Ensure high levels of satisfaction and customer loyalty - Handle subscription renewals, identify churn risks, and re-engage inactive users - Identify client needs and offer relevant features and solutions - Collect feedback and share insights with the product and technical teams - Onboard new clients: welcome sessions and support during adaptation - Encourage client reviews and case studies - Support community development and engagement 🧠 Ideal Candidate: - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Able to clearly communicate product value to clients - Proactive and results-driven, confident with handling objections - Experience with B2B clients (agencies, developers) - Basic understanding of customer analytics and user behavior - Driver’s license preferred (for client visits) - Experience in PropTech or CRM platforms is a plus - Knowledge of Arabic is a major advantage.
