Key Responsibilities: Design, manage, and commission industrial robots, AGVs, and automated production systems Optimize production line automation, with special focus on reliability in high-temperature environments Develop preventive maintenance plans and spare parts management strategies Train local technical teams in automation system operation and maintenance Ensure compliance with UAE industrial safety standards (ESMA certification requirements) Qualifications & Requirements: Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering 12+ years of industrial automation experience, familiar with FANUC, KUKA, and other robotics systems Experience in full lifecycle management of large-scale factory automation projects Knowledge of facility requirements in UAE industrial zones (KIZAD, DIC, etc.) Proficiency in PLC programming and SCADA system integration Project management professional certification (PMP or PRINCE2) UAE Salary Range: 30,000 - 45,000 AED/month
