Description

We are looking for a WordPress Website Specialist with strong technical expertise to join our growing team. The ideal candidate must have in-depth knowledge of WordPress development, website management, and troubleshooting. Experience with PPC campaigns, social media management, and SEO strategies will be considered a strong advantage. As part of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for ensuring our websites are fully optimized, fast, secure, and user-friendly, while also contributing to online marketing efforts. Responsibilities: Manage, customize, and maintain WordPress websites (themes, plugins, updates, security). Troubleshoot technical issues, optimize performance, and ensure mobile responsiveness. Implement SEO best practices (on-page and technical SEO) to improve organic rankings. Support PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) through proper tracking and landing page optimization. Assist with social media strategies, posting, and integration with the website. Ensure website analytics, conversion tracking, and reporting are accurate and up to date. Collaborate with the marketing team to improve website content, user experience, and conversion rates. Requirements: Strong technical knowledge of WordPress (customization, plugins, hosting, troubleshooting). Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and basic PHP. Knowledge of SEO principles (on-page, technical, and tools like Google Search Console). Understanding of PPC campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads) and conversion tracking. Experience with social media platforms and integration with websites. Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects. Strong problem-solving and communication skills. Essential Duties and Responsibilities: Project/Traffic Management Collaborate closely with marketing team and various markets to consolidate their asset requirements for each launch. Create and manage a comprehensive asset tracker to ensure timely content delivery across various platforms. Provide weekly tracker updates, informing the team of the current status, any urgent requests, or delays. Coordinate with marketing, production, NPD, design, photo, and video teams on asset deadlines. Proactively follow up with relevant teams for any missing information. Keep all markets updated on upcoming launches content by sending weekly updates and progress reports. Work closely with the post-production team, retouchers, and editors to set deadlines and ensure they are met. Guarantee timely delivery of assets, ensuring all teams are aware of their deadlines and holding them accountable.   Asset Organization Organize and maintain a comprehensive digital asset library (e.g., Dropbox), ensuring creative assets, including images, videos, and other materials, are easily accessible for all teams. Implement efficient tagging and cataloging systems to streamline access and retrieval. Ensure the digital asset library remains up to date at all times and is reflective of the latest materials Coordinate with the creative teams to categorize and organize new assets. Assist the production team with storage and management of files for projects being worked on. Act as digital tech on set to support the photographer with labeling and organizing images. Back up all material after shoots and manage storage on the server and Dropbox. Prepare final selects/materials for retouchers and editors. Collect and organize final images and videos into their designated folders. Optimize content for various platforms, ensuring consistency across platforms (photo and video crops.)   Usage Rights Management Work closely with the creative production team on models, photographers, and music usage rights for each project. Stay up to date with copyright laws and usage rights related to digital assets, ensuring the library is always updated accordingly. Consult with legal and regulatory teams when necessary. Quarterly update the usage rights database for photography and music rights, and ensure all markets are informed of the latest changes. Requirements 5+ years experience in a similar role with proven experience in digital asset management Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., Marketing, Communications, Business) Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Knowledge of digital asset management software and tools. Excellent communication and collaboration skills. Understanding of branding principles and creative production processes.
