Social Media Marketing Events Co-ordinator

This is an exciting new role for someone with experience in Social Media Management with the added task of planning & co ordinating events. We are a new British owned company in Dubai providing Specialist Care at home services to provide better outcomes for patients. You will be based at our office in Sports City. Events will include things such as coffee mornings, PR launches, wellness events with other brands. You must be able to develop strong relationships with other businesses and brands within the UAE. This role is potentially available for people looking to work Full (40 hours) or Part Time (20 Hours). Key Responsibilities: Social Media Management: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn etc.). Create engaging content calendars, posts, captions, and stories tailored to target audiences. Monitor, analyse, and report on performance metrics (engagement, reach, conversions). Respond to comments, messages, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner. Stay updated with the latest trends, tools, and algorithm changes on all platforms. Photography & Visual Content Creation: Plan and execute photo shoots for events, services, behind-the-scenes content, and more. Edit and retouch photos and videos for use on social media and other digital platforms. Maintain an organised library of digital assets. Create designs for socials using Canva to ensure brand consistency in visuals. Collaboration & Strategy: Coordinate with internal teams to align social media content with business goals. Identify influencer and partnership opportunities to expand brand reach. Support live coverage of events, launches, or campaigns when needed. Requirements: Experience in Marketing, Media, Communications, or a related field. Fluent English Effective Communication Skills: Provide clear advice and consultations. Achieve the best possible outcomes for visual content. Stay updated with new developments and trends. Marketing and Promotion Skills: Develop and implement innovative marketing strategies for visual content. Flexibility: Flexible to work on-site and attend shoots or events as needed. Basic knowledge of SEO, paid social media advertising, and analytics tools is a bonus. Essential Technical Skills: Social Media Platforms: Knowledge of how to effectively use social media for marketing and promoting visual content. Microsoft Office Suite: Proficiency in Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams and Outlook. Salary for Full Time (5000dhs) & Part Time (2500).
