Handle the full process of opening new company licenses, renewals, and amendments. Oversee visa processing, work permits, Emirates ID, medicals, and cancellations. Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws, regulations, and policies. Liaise with government authorities for approvals, documentation, and submissions. Maintain accurate employee records and update HR systems in compliance with UAE law. Support management in HR policies, employee relations, and compliance issues. Requirements: Minimum 5 years of HR/Government Relations experience in the UAE. Strong knowledge of UAE labor law and government processes (DET, MOHRE, ICP, Immigration, Free Zones, etc.).
