Roles & Responsibilities 1. Customer Interaction & Support Attend to walk-in customers at the service center with professionalism and courtesy. Manage incoming inquiries via phone, email, and the service counter. Clearly explain warranty status, repair scope, and the repair process. Provide timely updates on repair status based on system records and technician input. 2. Repair Job Logging Receive and log faulty devices into the repair system. Verify devices and tag them before handover to the repair team. Ensure all job entries are accurate and complete. 3. Outbound Calls & Follow-ups Contact customers to communicate cost estimates for out-of-warranty (OOW) jobs. Explain the problem, confirm customer approval, and document instructions. Follow up on pending approvals and escalate unresponsive cases if necessary. Confirm payment before releasing completed jobs. 4. Payment & Approval Handling Verify and document customer payments for OOW repairs. Maintain a clear and auditable trail for all approvals and transactions. Ensure no job proceeds without confirmed approval. 5. Coordination with Repair Team Track job progress and ensure timely system updates by the technical team. Inform customers about job completion or additional service needs. 6. Dispatch and Job Closure Update final status and dispatch method in the system once repair is complete. Coordinate pickup or delivery preferences with customers. Close jobs only after verifying all details are recorded properly. Desired Candidate Profile · Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Communication, or similar (preferred). · 2+ years of experience in customer service. · Working knowledge of repair systems and basic invoicing/payment coordination. Skills & Competencies · Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. · Ability to explain technical issues in clear, simple language. · Proactive in making follow-up calls and ensuring customer satisfaction. · Detail-oriented and organized in handling service records. Language Requirement · Must be a bilingual native Arabic speaker with strong command of English (spoken and written).
