





Key Responsibilities Interact with customers across multiple channels, including phone, email, and live chat, to provide accurate information and resolve issues. Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction and build trust. Handle customer complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits, and follow up to ensure resolution. Process orders, forms, applications, and requests according to established procedures. Collaborate with other team members and departments to share knowledge and solve complex customer issues. Go the extra mile to engage customers and deliver an exceptional service experience. Stay up-to-date with our products, services, and customer service policies. Required: High school diploma or equivalent. Proven customer support experience or experience in a similar role. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills. Strong active listening and problem-solving abilities. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment. Patient, empathetic, and a genuine passion for helping others. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to learn new software quickly.
