Sub-Contracting Engineer Vacancy: 1 Location: U.A.E. UAE nationals: 20,000 AED fixed. Other nationalities: salary negotiable Job Description: We are looking for a Sub-Contracting Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience working in the U.A.E. on TBM tunnel, rail, or metro projects. Key Responsibilities: Identify, evaluate, and select subcontractors for project needs Prepare and issue tenders, negotiate contracts, and finalize agreements Coordinate between main contractors and subcontractors Monitor subcontractor performance and ensure compliance with project requirements Assist in resolving contractual and commercial issues Maintain records of subcontractor documents, approvals, and payments Requirements: 0–5 years of working experience (entry to mid level) Experience working in the U.A.E. is required Experience in TBM tunnel, rail, or metro projects is preferred We offer: Salary: 20,000 AED (negotiable based on experience) Work location: U.A.E.
