Position Overview: Lead data science initiatives focusing on Arabic natural language processing and machine learning models for UAE market applications. Key Responsibilities: Develop and deploy Arabic NLP models for text analysis and understanding Lead machine learning projects for Arabic content personalization Build recommendation systems for Arabic language platforms Ensure data practices comply with UAE PDPL regulations Mentor data scientists in Arabic language data processing techniques Collaborate with product teams on data-driven feature development Qualifications Required: 7+ years data science experience with NLP focus Advanced degree (MS/PhD) in Computer Science, Statistics, or related field Experience with Arabic NLP tools and libraries Strong Python programming skills with ML frameworks (TensorFlow, PyTorch) Knowledge of Arabic dialects and linguistic variations Experience with cloud ML platforms (AWS SageMaker, Azure ML)
