Should have a minimum of 15 years of experience in UAE. Should be capable of overseeing specific tasks within the construction phase and managing construction-related work as a whole.

Conduct inspections, issue NCRs (if needed), and close snag lists efficiently. 6. Reporting & Documentation Prepare and submit daily/weekly/monthly project reports. Maintain updated project documentation: approvals, RFI logs, material submittals, shop drawings, etc. Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering / Architecture (preferred). 5–10 years experience in marble/stone project management in the UAE or GCC. Strong knowledge of natural stones, installation methods, adhesives, and finishing techniques. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Proficiency in project management software, AutoCAD, and MS Office.
