Apt Resources is excited to announce a unique opportunity for a High End Banquet Chef to join a prestigious culinary team. This role is designed for culinary professionals who excel in creating memorable and high-quality dining experiences for large events, including weddings, corporate functions, and exclusive gatherings. As the High End Banquet Chef, you will be responsible for menu planning, food preparation, and managing a dedicated team in a high-pressure environment. Your expertise in high-end cuisine will be essential in delivering exceptional service and ensuring client satisfaction. Responsibilities: Develop and execute upscale menus tailored for high-end banquets and events. Oversee all aspects of food preparation and presentation to meet the highest standards. Manage kitchen operations, including staff training, scheduling, and inventory management. Work closely with event coordinators to ensure successful event execution. Maintain compliance with food safety and sanitation regulations. Innovate and create new culinary concepts to enhance the banquet dining experience. Monitor food costs and manage budgets effectively. Requirements Proven experience as a Banquet Chef or similar role in a high-end catering environment. Strong culinary skills with a focus on upscale cuisine and presentation. Excellent leadership abilities and experience managing a diverse kitchen team. Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment. Strong organizational, time management, and communication skills. A passion for culinary arts and a commitment to delivering exceptional dining experiences. Culinary degree or relevant certification is preferred. Benefits Salary is AED 15K to 18K

The Travel Specialist is responsible for planning, booking, and managing travel arrangements tailored to client preferences, budgets, and schedules. This role requires excellent customer service skills, in-depth travel knowledge, and the ability to deliver exceptional and personalized travel experiences. Key Responsibilities: 1. Consult with clients to understand their travel needs, preferences, and budgets. 2. Answer calls and emails in a prompt manner while following SLA’s and KPI’s 3. Research, plan, and book domestic and international travel including flights, accommodations, transportation, and experiences. 4. Provide expert advice on destinations, travel regulations, weather conditions, currency exchange, and safety. 5. Coordinate travel documentation including visas, insurance, and itineraries when required/necessary. 6. Monitor proactively travel plans and proactively manage any disruptions, delays, or changes. 7. Offer 24/7 support during travel for VIP and high-value clients as needed. 8. Maintain relationships with travel vendors, airlines, hotels, and tour operators to access the best rates and exclusive offerings. 9.
