Job Title: Executive Chef Job Description: We are seeking a highly experienced and creative Executive Chef to lead our kitchen team and oversee all culinary operations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a deep passion for food, and the ability to deliver outstanding dishes that reflect innovation, quality, and consistency. Key Responsibilities: • Oversee the daily operations of the kitchen and all food preparation. • Develop and design creative menus based on seasonal ingredients and current trends. • Ensure the highest standards of hygiene, food quality, and presentation are maintained. • Manage and train kitchen staff, ensuring strong teamwork and high performance. • Monitor inventory, food costs, and kitchen budgets. • Collaborate with management on menu pricing, special events, and overall customer experience. • Enforce all health and safety regulations and kitchen procedures. Requirements: • Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar role. • Proven track record in managing kitchen operations and leading a team. • Excellent knowledge of various cuisines, kitchen techniques, and modern cooking trends. • Strong organizational, communication, and leadership skills. • Culinary degree or professional chef certification is a plus.
