Roles & Responsibilities We are seeking an experienced and dedicated Butchery Operations Supervisor to oversee and manage our butchery operations within a fast-paced meat production factory. We are seeking candidates with a strong background in industrial butchery and meat processing. Key Responsibilities: Supervise daily butchery operations including cutting, deboning, portioning, and packaging. Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and quality standards. Monitor production output and workforce performance to meet operational targets. Train, guide, and motivate the butchery team to maintain high efficiency and skill. Coordinate with supply chain, quality, and maintenance teams to ensure smooth workflow. Maintain inventory of raw materials and finished products. Implement and oversee workplace safety standards and procedures. Requirements: Only Candidates who are South Africans Experience: Minimum 8 years in butchery or meat processing, in a production factory environment. Strong leadership and communication skills. Sound knowledge of HACCP, health and safety regulations, and meat quality standards. Willingness to relocate to and work in Dubai. Desired Candidate Profile Technical Skills: Proficient in meat cutting, deboning, portion control, and yield optimization Knowledge of meat quality grading, cold chain management, and hygiene protocols Familiar with HACCP, ISO, and food safety regulations Leadership Qualities: Proven ability to lead and supervise a team of butchers in a fast-paced environment Strong focus on productivity, discipline, and operational excellence Soft Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Problem-solving attitude with attention to detail Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
