Roles & Responsibilities Masonry Work: Perform bricklaying, block laying, and stone setting according to project specifications. Surface Preparation: Prepare surfaces by cleaning, leveling, and applying mortar or adhesives Repairs & Maintenance: Repair and maintain existing masonry structures as required. Tools and Materials Handling: Safely handle and maintain masonry tools and equipment; ensure proper use of cement, sand, gravel, and other construction materials. Quality Assurance: Ensure all work is performed to required quality standards and in compliance with design specifications and company procedures. Safety Compliance: Follow company safety guidelines and wear protective equipment while working. Team Collaboration: Work with other construction workers to ensure timely project completion. Tool & Equipment Care: Maintain masonry tools and report any equipment issues for repair or replacement. 2–3 years of proven work experience as a Mason in construction or facility maintenance. Knowledge of both structural and decorative masonry works. Desired Candidate Profile Proficient in bricklaying, block work, tiling, plastering, and stone masonry. Ability to work with precision and attention to detail. Good physical condition and stamina for manual labor. Ability to identify and correct masonry defects or issues. Basic teamwork and communication skills
